The TON Smart Trade ("Service") is operated by the project team responsible for this domain. Update this section with your registered legal entity name, registration number and registered address before public launch (e.g. an LLC, an Estonian OÜ, a UK Ltd, etc.).
The Service is software. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, custodian, exchange, investment adviser or any other regulated financial intermediary. We do not hold customer funds. We do not match orders. We do not custody private keys outside the encrypted database row that you control.
The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, persons located in or resident of jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful, including without limitation:
It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
You represent and warrant that you are not (a) listed on any sanctions list maintained by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the EU Consolidated List, HM Treasury's Consolidated List, or the UN Consolidated Sanctions List; (b) owned or controlled by any such sanctioned person; or (c) located in or operating from a sanctioned jurisdiction.
All content on this site and within the Service — including text, code, graphics and the bot interface — is the property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The TON name and logo are trademarks of the TON Foundation; their inclusion here is descriptive and does not imply endorsement.
"Telegram" is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC. "Ston.fi" and "DeDust" are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram, the TON Foundation, Ston.fi, DeDust, or any other third party.

Crypto-asset trading may be a taxable event in your jurisdiction. The Service does not provide tax reports. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your tax obligations.
We may suspend access and report activity to relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud or sanctions evasion. We do not currently perform identity verification (KYC) but reserve the right to do so where required by law.
If any clause of this notice is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
