Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TON Smart Trade ("we", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with the Telegram bot and this website. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Provided by Telegram

When you message the bot, Telegram forwards us your numeric Telegram user ID, your username (if set), your first name, and the chat ID. We do not receive your phone number or email.

1.2 Generated by your activity

• Wallet addresses you create or import inside the bot.
• Encrypted mnemonics and private keys for those wallets (encrypted at rest with AES).
• Trade history: jettons, amounts, prices, slippage, transaction hashes.
• Limit-order definitions (target price, percent, side).
• Settings: language, slippage default, quick-amount preferences, daily cap, PIN hash.
• Referral relationships and accumulated referral balances.

1.3 Operator audit log

To support security investigations, the operator may keep an internal log that records when wallets are created or imported, including the wallet address and the Telegram identity that created it. This log is stored with restricted file permissions and is never shared publicly.

1.4 Website analytics

This static site does not load third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Standard server access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) may be retained briefly for abuse prevention.

2. Why we use your data

• To execute trades and transfers you initiate.
• To compute live P&L, position cost basis and referral balances.
• To enforce safety controls (rate limits, daily caps, PIN gate).
• To debug failures and improve reliability.
• To comply with legal requests where applicable.

3. Third-party services

The Service interacts with external APIs to function. Their privacy policies apply when we send data to them:

• Telegram — message transport.
• TonAPI / TonConsole — TON blockchain reads and broadcasts.
• TonCenter — fallback RPC.
• Ston.fi and DeDust — DEX routers (on-chain interactions only).
• GeckoTerminal — public trending pool data.
• Binance public ticker — TON/USDT spot price.

We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data security

• Mnemonics and private keys are encrypted before they are written to the database.
• Sensitive flows can be locked behind a numeric PIN.
• Audit logs are written with strict file-system permissions (owner-only read/write).
• We do not transmit decrypted keys outside the trade-execution path.

Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure. You retain ultimate responsibility for protecting your Telegram account, your device, and your mnemonic backups.

5. Data retention

Trade history, wallet records and settings are retained for as long as your account exists in the Service. Deleting all wallets via the bot disables them but does not erase their on-chain history. Contact us to request full account deletion.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Service.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, rectify, port or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Send requests to support@tonsmarttrade.com or via the Contact page.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed and stored in any country where our infrastructure or third-party services operate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be announced inside the bot or on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
