This Privacy Policy describes how TON Smart Trade ("we", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with the Telegram bot and this website. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

When you message the bot, Telegram forwards us your numeric Telegram user ID, your username (if set), your first name, and the chat ID. We do not receive your phone number or email.

To support security investigations, the operator may keep an internal log that records when wallets are created or imported, including the wallet address and the Telegram identity that created it. This log is stored with restricted file permissions and is never shared publicly.

1.4 Website analytics

This static site does not load third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Standard server access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) may be retained briefly for abuse prevention.

Trade history, wallet records and settings are retained for as long as your account exists in the Service. Deleting all wallets via the bot disables them but does not erase their on-chain history. Contact us to request full account deletion.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Service.

7. Your rights

Data may be processed and stored in any country where our infrastructure or third-party services operate.
